Fair-Pay Campaign 2002

The real winners of a Football World Cup are the football association and the market leaders of the sportswear industry, thanks to hundreds of millions of francs in brand advertising and sponsoring. The CCC FAIR-PAY-Campaign, launched by Bern Declaration, Brot für alle, and Fastenopfer, sides with the losers during the Football World Cup 2002 – the textile workers laboring under unsustainable working conditions. The sportswear companies pocket a fat profit while the sewers pay – with their health and their lives.
